P.S. I Still Love You is the second and last book in the "To All The Boys I've Loved Before" serie. In this book we start right were we left off in the first book.

Peter and Lara Jean are no longer a fake couple, they are now official. They still have a contract set up and Peter is still with his mind with is ex-girlfriend Genevieve. Gen isn't very happy about the breakup and tries to sabotage Lara Jean's relationship. She has made a video of Lara Jean and Peter Kissing in the hottub in which it looks like they had sex. She posted it on social media and played it at a presentation in school. Lara Jean tries then to comfront her, but this doesn't help. Also, Peter at first doesn't believe her.

Then her other middle school crush writes her back after he recived his love letter from when they were in middle school. Lara Jean decides to write him back and that is how John comes into the picture. Peter doesn't really let it show that he is jealous, but you can sometimes feel it when you read his dialouge. Lara Jean sees this as a lack of love for her and thinks that Peter is still in love with Gen because they are always talking. Lara Jean and Peter get in an argument over something Lara Jean thinks is going on between him and Genevieve, and they breakup. This is when John kisses Lara Jean and makes very clear that he still likes her and has liked her since middle school. Peter finds out and is super jealous. Through a game that they used to play together Lara Jeans finds out why Peter was seeing Gen as much as he did and why he couldn't let her go. Lara Jean realizes that she made a mistake breaking up with Peter and she wants him back.

In this book Lara Jean jealous side is coming out, she is still naive and your typical girl-next-door but she got some more depht to her. Also the other regular characters got a lot more of a background story. Genevieve for example, in this book you get to know why Gen is the way she is and why she did the things she did.You also get to know a little bit more about John, the new love intrest. But Peter still is a little bit left out as far as a back story goes.

As for the writing style, I liked that they made the chapters longer. In TATBILB you had chapters of 2 mayby 3 pages long.. luckly this book didn't have that. It was fast past and just like TATBLIB a cute read. The ending though felt a bit rushed. I would have liked to know what happend with Lara Jean's dad and Margot. It felt like things didn't get a real good ending.

Overall its a good read, I liked it more than the first book. Just because you got to know the other characters a bit more. 4/5 Stars!

Love, Hedi
